FAQ RENTALS
What is the minimum age to rent a supercar?
All drivers must be at least 25 years of age.
How long can I keep the car?
Rental rates are based on a 24 hour period from the time of pick-up.
What does one day, week-end & week rental mean?
- One day rental means 24 hours
- Week-end is 3 days beginning Thursday, Friday or even Saturday
- 1 week is 7 days
What documents shouldI bring with me?
- You must present a valid driver’s license that includes a photograph at the time of rental.
- A major credit card is required.
- Proof of car insurance, and a copy of your Insurance declaration page.
What’s the best way to make a reservation?
The fastest way to make a reservation is through our online reservations form. We will contact you by phone to confirm your reservation and guarantee your vehicle of choice (barring unforeseen circumstances).
Alternately, you can give us a call and we will take all necessary information over the phone at 973-779-8405.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, but you must notify us at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up or delivery time to avoid a charge of up to one day’s rental fee.
Do I need a credit card to rent a vehicle?
You must present avalid credit card that matches the name on the driver’s license. A credit card authorization is requested prior to rental and will be used as a deposit. This is an authorization, not a charge to your credit card. Authorizations vary from $ 250 to $ 500, depending on the car.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Final payments will be charged to the authorized credit card. If a customer chooses; final payments can be paid in cash.
Will you accepta cash deposit?
Yes, cash depositsare accepted.
What fees does the State of New Jerseyimpose?
A 7% sales tax and a $2.05 per day road tax will be applied to all rentals.
What about the mileage charges?
You are allowed up to 100 miles per day. Additional mileage charges for most vehiclesare $6 per mile.
Can we have additional drivers?
One additional driver is permittedand all drivers must meet the same requirements (25 years of age, provide a valid driver’s license and insurance information).
What about delivery?
We deliver to airports, hotels, and most locations from New Jersey to New York City and surrounding areas. Please note there may be an additional delivery charge depending on the location.
Do you offer one way rentals?
We offer one way rentals that are based on the length of the rental.
Can we take the car out of state?
Yes. The following states are allowed: New Jersey, New York, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and Virginia.
Are the cars equipped with GPS or a Navigation System?
We provide Garmin GPS/Navigation System for cars that don’t already include an integrated system.
Can you providea child seat?
We can provide a child-seat if necessary.
Does the car come with an NJ EZPASS?
We provide NJ EZPASS on all cars in our super fleet.
Can we drive the car off-road?
SuperCars aren’t equipped to handle off-road driving, and in no circumstances should you take one of our cars on an unpaved road.
Can I smoke in the car?
NO! We don’t allow smoking in any of our supercars, and there will be a $250 cleaning fee deducted from your deposit if we find any evidence of smoking. You may also be liable for additional charges due to damage from burns or stains. Please review our Tour Policies for more details.
What should I do if there is an accident?
Call 911. Please ensure a police report is filed for insurance purposes and your protection. The Tour Manager will be with you to assist you through the process. We also include an accident kit with a disposable camera in each vehicle so you can take pictures of the damage and the scene.
What should I do if the car breaks down?
Our cars are perfectly maintained and in like new condition. However, even new cars can breakdown. In the unfortunate event of a breakdown, please contact your Tour Manager immediately. Absolutely do not attempt to make any repairs . Broadway Supercars reserve the right to replace the vehicle or increase the drive time of one or more of the other vehicles.
Do you offer short or long term leases?
We offer competitive rates for short term & long term rentals.
Do you allow pets in the car?
Pets are not allowed in the vehicle. If the vehicle is returned with pet dirt or odor, you will be charged an additional cleaning and deodorizing fee. The minimum charge is $50, but it could be higher based on the extent of the damage. Please be considerate. Thank You
Do I need to bring it back with a full gas tank?
We recommend you bring the car back with a full tank (93 Octane only). The fuel level is printed on the receipt at time of rental, and a surcharge will be applied if the vehicle is returned with less fuel than is printed on the receipt.
Can I rent a car by the hour?
Supercars can be rented by the hour, but there is a 4 hour minimum.
Can you provide a Chauffeur?
We offer professional chauffeurs at an additional cost for those that prefer to sit back and enjoy the ride.
What happens if I’m late returning the car?
What should I do if the car breaks down?
Our cars are perfectly maintained and in like new condition. However, even new cars can breakdown. In the unfortunate event of a breakdown, please contact your Tour Manager immediately. Absolutely do not attempt to make any repairs. Broadway Supercars reserve the right to replace the car or increase the drive time of one or more of the other vehicles.
FAQ for Gift Cards
Do Gift Cards expire?
Yes, Gift Cards expire 1 year from the date of purchase.
Is it possible to refund my Gift Card?
Gift Cards are non-refundable.
What do I do if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?
We will credit the balance remaining on the Gift Card with valid proof of purchase (the receipt that is sent with Gift Card). Please call us for assistance.
Do you charge any service fees for unused balancesleft ontheGift Card?
No, we don’t charge service fees for unusedGift Card balances.
Can I use my Gift Card if thecard is damaged?
Yes, as long as the serial number is legible. If the serial number isn’t legible, then we accept valid proof of purchase. Please contact us for assistance.
How long will the Gift pack take to be delivered?
If you order before 2pm and choose first class postage,we will usually dispatch the Gift Cards on the same day. Please allow a lead time of three to five business days. Orders placed after 2pm will usually be dispatched on the next business day. If you place your order prior to 2pm and chooseone-day delivery (for an extra charge), your Gift Card is guaranteed to arrive on the next business day before 1pm, anda signature will be required.
These delivery times and prices are only applicable to US delivery addresses; for delivery addresses outside the US, please contact us to discuss your requirements.Pleaseunderstand that we do our very best, but we can’t be held responsible for delays caused by the mail service.
Can I combine the values of two or more Gift Cards?
Yes, you can combine the value of two or more Gift Cards to purchase a SuperCar experience.
Can I extend my Gift Card?
A Gift Card is deemed to be invalid after the expiry date that is printed on the Gift Card. Under certain circumstances,a Gift Card can be extended, at our discretion, for a period of 3 months from the original expirationdate. There will be a $20 administration fee for extending the Gift Card. Please note that we can’t extend expiredGift Cards, and once a Gift Card has been extended it cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Can I have a refund?
We are happy to refund the cost of your Gift Card as long as the Gift Card is returned to us unused within 7 days of receipt. Please note that no refund will be given if you have used the Gift Card, or have already booked a SuperCar experience.
How long will my Gift Card take to arrive?
Our Standard Delivery service takes 3-5 business days to arrive, but it may take up to 15 working days. We recommend overnight delivery if you need the Gift Cardby a specific date. Please note that a signature is required for all overnight deliveries.
If you selected standard delivery and your Gift Card hasn’t arrived, please wait 15 business days before contacting us.
Can I amend my order, or send it to a different address?
If you contact us immediately,we’ll do our best to amend your order.Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change any details of the order.
How do I find out about your latest experiences and special offers?
The fastest way to stay updated on our special offers is to sign up for our Newsletter. Our Newsletter contains updates about newest additions to our super fleet, and special offers. What brands of carsdo we get to drive during theSuperCar Tour?
Our SuperCar fleet changes from time to time, so please contact us for the most updated information.
When are the SuperCarTours offered?
We offer these tours year round, and we have a morning and afternoon experience. Our times are 8am- 1pm and 2pm-7pm.
How many people attend the tour?
There are 2 clients per vehicle unless you purchase two seats. If you purchase a 1-person Tour,there will be another customer sharing the driving. If you purchase a 2-person Tour,you can drive the entire time and have the option of being alone in the car.
How fast do we go?
We always follow posted speed limits, so the top speed will vary according to the posted speed limit.
What if we don't have six people for the SuperCar Tour?
Broadway SuperCarsreserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event for bad weather or lack of reserved seats. In the event of a lack of reserved seats, we always endeavor to cancel at least 72 hours prior to an event. Events are only cancelled in the event of very severe weather. We generally notify you of a cancellation by email, but please list a valid contact number when you book your Tour so that we can contact you in the case of a last minute cancellation.

Will I be allowed to “step on it”during the tour?
The exotic cars on our tours are more civilized, yet more powerful than ever. Our tours are designed for the enthusiast that wants to savor the elegance and raw power of the cars. The tours are not designed for drag racing or stunt driving. Our Tour routes are selected,so the driver experiences the full spectrum of featuresin each car. The Tour Managermay have a stop on the tour where you can experience the power of the vehicles with minimum risk to all parties, including the vehicle.
What if the car breaks down?
The cars in our super fleet are nearly new (sometimes brand new!). We also maintain our own cars, so it’s rare for one to give up, although it can happen. You are responsible for items damaged while in the vehicle is in your care and custody, unless it’s obvious that there was a factory defect. You have a responsibility to understand the controls of the car, so tellyour Tour Manager if you are uncomfortableusing the controls.Over revving of the engine, turning off the traction or other electronic controls, or incorrectly setting the controls can cause significant damage to the vehicle, or even cause an accident.
What if we have never driven aparticular vehicle?
We brief each participant about the specifics of each car before we start the tour. This briefing covers vehicle operation and information about the route we’ll follow. All driversarerequired to sign a legal disclaimer prior to the start of the tour, and must agree to followBroadway SuperCarsrules
Can you customize the itinerary for our Tour?
Of course!.Please call us at 973-779-8405to discuss how we can customize a SuperCar Tourto fit your group or corporate event.
What if we get lost?
You won’t! We provide a detailed briefing and map of the route. We also exchange cell phone numbers at the beginning of the day. We also provide walkie-talkies so we can stay in contact with the group.
Are there any additional (hidden) fees or charges?
We pride ourselves on transparency, so there are no hidden fees or charges, ever. The price you see is what we charge, plus any applicable taxes.
Are the cars hard to drive?
RWe review each carduring the briefing. Many of the vehicles have a stick-shift or manual gearbox. If you have not driven a manual transmission, we recommend that you practice with another car before the Tour. Cars also have an automatic mode.
Is there a dress code for the Super Tour?
Sport casual is the ideal wear for a Broadway SuperCar Tours. The pedals on some of oursupercars are very close together, so please wear sport shoes for driving. We ask that you don’t wear belts or clothing with metal decorations because they can damage the leather seats.
Why do we need aTour Manager?
The Tour Managerorganizes the Tour and educates the drivers about the vehicles
What type of car does theTour Manager drive?
The Tour Manager will drive a sedan or an SUV to accommodate additional participants and tour gear.
What happens if it rains?
If we are unable to dry the course, each participant will be given the option to reschedule to a mutually agreeable date or be issued a rain certificate. Sorry, refunds are not available.
Can I drive a SuperCarif I don’t have adequate insurance coverage?
All drivers are required to provide the proper insurance coverage through their insurance your carrier. We will contact your insurance agent or carrier to verify that you havesufficientphysical liability coverage. You must provide us with a copy of your valid current insurance card.
Can I transfer my reservation?
Reservations may be transferred to another qualified driver only, and the driver must meet the qualification requirements and approval ofBroadway SuperCars.
What should I do if there is an accident?

It is unlikely, but if fewer than 5 people sign up for a tour we will notify you 7 days prior to the Tour date. We will work with you to reschedule the tour for a date that is convenient for you.
What should I do if the car breaks down?

What do I do if I’m stopped by the police?
There are copies of the required documentsin the glove compartment of the car. Please notify your Tour Manager if you are stopped for any reason.

Just like with your personal vehicle, you are responsible for all damage incurred while the vehicle is in your possession. You will be held responsible for any damage to the exterior, interior or mechanical functionality of the carwhile in your possession. Please review our Tour Policies for more details.
How do I ensure I’m not held liable for damage caused by someone else?
When we change cars,we inspect each vehicle for damage. You should also do a visual inspection of the car before you take possession and point out any issues to the Tour Manager.
What roads and areasdo we drive on?

Arethere restrictions on weight or height?
Yes. Customers over 6’2” may have difficulty safely and comfortably driving the Lamborghini (Gallardo LP560-4/Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera) because of the design. If the Tour Manager determines that you can’t drive or ride safelythen,you will complete your tour in different car. We suggest you come in prior to your Tour date for a car “fitting” to ensure the best possible experience.
Can family and friends come along?
Absolutely! At Broadway SuperCars, we welcome your family. Don’t forget to bring your cameras to help commemorate your experience.
Do you have Gift Cards available?
Yes! Broadway SuperCarsoffer monetary gift cards that can be used to purchase any SuperCar Experiences as well as merchandise. Gift Cards can be purchased on-line or by calling us. Minimum Gift Card purchase is $200.00.
Are photos and videos included with my experience?
Photos and videos are not included in the price of your experience. We can provide photos and videos for an additional fee.

Under these rare circumstanceswe will try to accommodate all participants with acceptable alternative vehicle.
